Daniel Zabar
Daniel has extensive experience in the global real estate sector. He was co-founder and co-CEO of Zabar Group, a private real estate investment management firm. Over the last 15 years Daniel has carried out real estate investments in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, France, Bulgaria, Israel and the United States. Daniel has in-depth knowledge of capital markets in Israel and abroad. Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on finance, from Tel Aviv University’s Recanati Business School.
David Netser
David has 20 years’ experience in the local and global real estate sector. His former roles include CEO of Azorim, the second largest residential developer in Israel, and Vice President at London-based REPEG, Deutsche Bank’s real estate private equity group (currently part of RREEF). Throughout his career David has managed investments in France, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Israel, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Canada and Bulgaria. David earned a law degree from Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
Amir Hertz
Amir formerly served as CFO of a leading Israeli real estate fund that invests in the United States. Prior to that, Amir served as Credit and Financial Manager in Paz Group, Israel’s leading energy corporation and as CFO of Strauss Brazil and CFO of Strauss Frito-Lay. Amir is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics and statistics and master’s degree in business from the Hebrew University.
Ran Markman
Ran has extensive experience in the local and global real estate sector. His former roles include Head of Real estate Investments in two of Israel’s largest insurance companies, Menora and Clal insurance. Over the last 20 years Ran has carried out real estate investments in the UK, USA, Canada, Israel, Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany. Ran has in-depth knowledge of capital and institutional markets in Israel and abroad. Ran earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and economics from Haifa University and a master’s degree in business administration, with a focus on accounting and finance, from Tel Aviv University’s Recanati Business School.

Beatrice Mazzolani
Beatrice has 20 years of experience with €1.3 bn of value in purchasing, developing, selling and managing real estate assets as country manager for investment companies such as Invel Real Estate (2014 – 2017) and Five Mounts Properties (2003 – 2014). Beatrice has worked mainly in Italy but also in France, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. Beatrice was also Head of Corporate Services with CB Richard Ellis in Italy and London, assisting large corporates in a wide range of transactions.
Francesca Davoli
Francesca has more than 20 years of experience in the shopping center industry. Prior to joining Forma, she worked for an Italian shopping center developer for 15 years as asset manager, focusing on leasing and tenant relationship. Prior to this, she provided development services to various Italian retailers in their national and international expansion.
Chris Taylor
Chris is based in London and has 19 years experience in the UK real estate and finance markets. Before joining Forma, Chris was a Director of APAM (2014-2020), a specialist UK Real Estate Investment and Asset Manager with over £2 billion of assets under management. Chris has extensive experience in acquiring and asset managing commercial property across the whole of the UK. Chris qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002 and has also worked in the real estate fund management teams at both Close Brothers Group and Alpha Real Capital.
Ben Dickens
Ben is based in London and has 10 years’ experience in the UK real estate market. Before joining Forma, Ben was a Senior Asset Manager at APAM. Ben has extensive experience asset managing and actively repositioning commercial real estate in the UK. Ben qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 and has also previously held a Fixed Charge Receivership real estate insolvency qualification whilst working at Allsop LLP.

Stanimira Pashova
Stanimira joined Forma at end of 2020. Stanimira has ample experience in property investment, including with the founders of Forma. Stanimira has managed property acquisitions, financing, tax structuring, business plan implementation and divestment of properties for over 15 years.
Before joining Forma Stanimira was the head of leasing of Forton (affiliate of C&W) in Sofia. Her main responsibilities included development and implementation of office space strategies for occupiers, strategic location selection, feasibility studies for new office developments and sales of office space. Stanimira represented the company at national and international levels in Bulgaria and abroad.
Stanimira has a Master’s degree in International Business from The UNWE in Sofia, and a Doctor Theses study in Project Management at UNWE and The WU, Vienna.
Hans Meijer
Hans, based in Amsterdam, has worked with the founders of Forma for over 15 years. He is responsible for Forma’s portfolio in the Netherlands as well as implementing and maintaining an efficient and effective system of management and control.
Hans has vast experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including business development, negotiations, due diligence, structuring and financing.
Previously Hans worked as a CPA for KPMG and earned a Dutch Certified Auditor (RA) and Executive Master of Finance and Control (RC).
Niels De Putter
Niels, Director of Asset Management in the Netherlands, joined Forma in 2019.
Having worked for several real estate companies in the Netherlands, Niels has vast experience in leasing management, property management and management of redevelopments.
Niels has a bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics and Law with a specialization in Real Estate from Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
Lucas Wouters
Lucas Wouters, Asset Manager, joined Forma in 2019 and is responsible for the commercial and technical maintenance of the Dutch portfolio. Lucas has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) and Real Estate from Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
Prior to Forma, Lucas was a Property and Asset Manager for a family office located in Amsterdam.

Jolanda Molenaar
Jolanda, Portfolio Controller, is responsible for safeguarding the administrative organization and internal control of Forma in the Netherlands.
In addition, Jolanda is responsible for reporting and overseeing the accounting and financial aspects of the property management.
Jolanda has a degree in accounting.
Hadeel Tobia
Hadeel is a CPA, holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from the Ono Academic College.
Before joining Forma’s team in 2020, Hadeel served for 8 years as head of the auditing department of an auditing firm in Israel.
Hadeel has vast experiecne in auditing a wide range of companies, IFRS compliance, and managing tax disputes.
Mai Nguyen
Mai, Portfolio Controller, is responsible for the administrative organisation and internal controls of Forma in the Netherlands. She is also responsible for financial forecasting, reporting, tax and compliance matters.
Mai has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and completed an MBA in the Netherlands. Her previous roles include working for KPMG in Vietnam and she has vast experience in auditing and financial accounting and control.
Shira Schwartz
Shira served as an Operations & Administration Manager at the Champion Motors CEO Chamber. Prior to that, Shira worked as an Account Manager of European Markets at Keter Plastic. Shira is a certified lawyer who earned her law degree from ONO Academy College.

Mais Jundia
Mais is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A) and holds a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Following her graduation, Mais worked in the Audit team at Ernst & Young where she led the audits of investment and real estate funds, public and private companies. Prior to joining Forma, Mais worked as a Financial Controller at Vertex Ventures.
Mais is also a co-founder & CFO of Tira Academics Association.
Yoni Melamed
Yoni is a CPA, holding a bachelor’s degree with honor in accounting and economics from Ben-Gurion University, and a master’s degree in financial management from Tel Aviv University.
Following his graduation, Yoni worked for 2 years at EY, auditing VC’s, HT companies and investments houses.
Following that, Yoni joined a financial consulting company, advising on prominent M&A and investment banking transactions for 2 years.
